Am I allowed to set up a Kiosk in a mall or other setting where there is a lot of foot traffic?

 Absolutely, you can use kiosk, flea markets, swap shows, travel shows, or malls. You can also utilize existing businesses by creating a rev share program with them and setting up shop right there store or gas station.
